Wetlands are so full of movement and energy from the water currents and breeze. In "Windy Day in the Wetlands" the winds had kicked-up and I used energetic mark-making and large shapes to add movement to the composition. This painting was part of my Watershed Journeys solo exhibition at the Clare Gallery in Hartford, CT during the spring of 2024.
